Your state entry route
Security employees working for a regulated private patrol business use the PILB work-card process. The employer's business license is a separate credential.
For work under a Private Patrol Officer licensee, PILB requires a 100% score on its work-card examination. Study the official material and complete employer training.

Nevada requires the PILB work-card examination when the card will be used to work for a Private Patrol Officer licensee. The June 2026 published examination contains 30 questions and requires 100%. PILB provides a study guide and submission instructions.
