Get Licenced LLC operates this platform for security career information, training enquiries, private worker profiles and job introductions. The existing UK website has its own terms. These terms apply to the features available in your selected market.
Accounts and your information
Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Supply information you are entitled to share. Qualifications and experience on worker profiles are self-declared. Keep identity documents, licence numbers, sensitive background details and another person’s information out of profiles and free-text messages. Report unauthorised account activity through the Get Licensed help service.
Training and career guidance
Guides identify their jurisdiction, sources and review status. Regulators and approved training bodies determine eligibility, required instruction, assessment and authorisation. Free preparation supports learning. It provides no licensing approval, accredited course credit, guaranteed exam result or guarantee of employment. Confirm the current requirements with the relevant authority and selected provider before committing to a course.
Profiles and applications
You choose when to share an application and can review the recipient and profile snapshot before sending it. Employers manage recruitment decisions, hiring terms, work eligibility and employment obligations. Applying creates an introduction. An offer, employment contract or paid placement requires the employer’s separate process.
You can edit or delete your profile, export worker data and withdraw applications through your account. Profile edits affect future applications. The worker privacy notice explains existing application snapshots, retention, employer copies and your rights.
Employer data-use terms
By accepting employer access, you confirm that you are authorised to recruit for the named organisation. Publish accurate job details, location, pay, hours, duties, requirements and closing date. Comply with applicable employment, security-industry, pay-transparency, recruitment and anti-discrimination rules. Close filled or cancelled vacancies promptly.
Use applicant information only to assess the stated vacancy and carry out related recruitment communications. Give applicants your privacy information and a contact for data rights. Restrict access to your authorised hiring team, keep information secure and use a documented retention period. Respect withdrawals and rights requests. Obtain a separate lawful basis and any required permission for other vacancies, talent pools or marketing. Selling applicant information, unrelated solicitation and discriminatory screening are prohibited.
Verify current licences, identity and work eligibility through appropriate channels before hiring. Profile entries and expiry dates do not establish verification. Report misuse or a personal-data incident affecting this service promptly through the contact service.
Providers and fees
A provider or employer submission enters review. Publication and commercial arrangements require acceptance by Get Licensed. Any charge for introductions, courses or other services must be set out in a separate agreed arrangement before it is incurred. The platform currently records applicable commercial outcomes manually.
Moderation and availability
We may reject, remove or restrict listings and accounts involving inaccurate information, unauthorised use, privacy breaches, unlawful content or abuse. Contact the help service if you believe a moderation decision needs correction. Features and country coverage can change; published notices explain material changes in data use.
Responsibility and statutory rights
Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Employers are responsible for their hiring and employment decisions. Providers are responsible for their courses and representations. These terms preserve rights and liabilities that the applicable law makes mandatory, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights.
