16-Hour On-the-Job Training (OJT) - Online
The 16-Hour On-the-Job Training (OJT) Course is a state-mandated requirement for newly licensed security guards, designed to enhance their practical skills and job readiness. This course builds upon the foundational 8-Hour Pre-Assignment Training and is typically required within 90 days of employment.
